Holley’s Sniper EFI kit for the Autolite 1100 is awesome, and we can’t wait to get it installed! However, this is a new kit from Holley, and it was originally designed for the straight six engines found in early Mustangs. Our Falcon has an early 1965 cylinder head and a smaller, 1/8″ coolant temperature sender–the one that comes with our Holley kit is a 3/8″ sensor. So, my dad and I had to figure out a work-around.

We ended up using a T-fitting (with .200 removed by a machine shop for clearance). We also needed an elbow fitting to make the whole thing work. But, this solution works and I am so happy that we figured it out!
